On October 25, 2024, Professors Andres Reis from UFRGS, Brazil, Fátima Papelo from University Joaquim Chissano, Mozambique, and Francisco Leandro from University of Macau, China, visited the Forum Macau for Economic Cooperation with Portuguese-speaking Countries. This significant visit aimed to strengthen academic and cultural ties between China and Portuguese-speaking nations. During their visit, the professors engaged in fruitful discussions with representatives from all participating countries. These discussions focused on enhancing educational collaboration, research partnerships, economic cooperation models and cultural exchanges. The professors shared insights from their respective institutions, highlighting successful initiatives and exploring new opportunities for cooperation.

A key highlight of the visit was their meeting with Dr. Danilo Afonso Henriques, the Deputy-Secretary General of the Forum.
