The Portuguese Representative to Forum for Economic and Commercial Cooperation between China and the Portuguese-Speaking Countries (Macao) Delivered a Conference at University of Macao 中國—葡語國家經貿合作論壇(澳門)葡方代表於澳門大學發生專題講座

Apr 08, 2024. The Faculty of Social Sciences, the Department of Government and Public Administration – University of Macau invited Dr. Marcia Guerreiro, the member of the Permanent Secretariat of the Forum for Economic and Commercial Cooperation between China and the Portuguese-Speaking Countries (Forum Macao), to deliver a conference on the 6th Ministerial Conference, which will take place in April 2024.

Dr. Marcia Guerreiro, is the Portuguese representative to Forum Macao, and as such represents the Portuguese Government in this multilateral organization.

During the conference, Dr. Marcia Guerreiro introduced relevant information about the Forum Macao, namely the purpose of the forum and its organizational structure. Afterwards, Dr. Marcia Guerreiro gave a detailed explanation of the Ministerial Conference and its expected outcomes, engaging the class in a dynamic debate with several students.

Through this conference, the students have gained a deeper understanding of the important of this diplomatic event for MSAR (the 6th Ministerial Conference), advancing further understand of the cooperative relationship between China and Portuguese-speaking countries, as well as the role of Macao as a platform between China and Portuguese-Speaking Countries.

2024年04月08日——澳門大學社會科學學院政府及公共行政學系邀請中國—葡語國家經貿合作論壇（澳門）常設秘書處成員及葡萄牙代表Marcia Guerreiro博士，就將於2024年4月舉行的第六屆部長級會議發表講話。

Marcia Guerreiro博士作為葡萄牙政府在該多邊組織中的代表，在講座中詳細介紹了“澳門論壇”的宗旨與組織架構。隨後，她深入講解了第六屆部長級會議的籌備情況及預期成果，並與在場學生展開了熱烈的互動討論。

通過此次講座，學生們對澳門特別行政區這一重要外交活動（第六屆部長級會議）有了更深入的理解，同時也進一步認識到中國與葡語國家之間合作關係的重要性，以及澳門作為連接中國與葡語國家平台的戰略角色。
